Order Processing & Shipping Time
Production Time (Made-to-Order): All our garments are uniquely made-to-order and we do not carry ready-to-ship stock. Please allow approximately 10 business days for the meticulous tailoring and production of your dress.

 

Shipping Time: Once your order is crafted and dispatched, standard shipping takes approximately 10 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: Approximately 20 business days from the date your order is placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified.

Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping

• Orders below USD 149: USD 9.99 shipping fee.
• Orders USD 149 or above: Free standard shipping (where applicable)

Express Shipping

• Express shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination
• The final cost is displayed at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.
