Neggcy Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction means everything to us! We hope you love your Neggcy dress, but if something isn’t quite right, we are here to help you get the perfect fit.
Please note: Neggcy exclusively offers standard-size formal dresses. We do not provide private customization, custom-sizing, accessories, or shoes.
1. Return Windows & Fees
We offer a clear timeline for returns. Please refer to the table below to check your eligibility and applicable fees:

2. Return Requirements
To qualify for any return, dresses must strictly meet the following conditions:

The dress must be unworn, unaltered, and in brand-new condition.

All tags and ribbons must remain securely attached.

Dresses must be completely free from makeup, stains, deodorant marks, odors, hair, and damage.

Note: Returns that fail our quality inspection will be rejected, and the customer must pay shipping to receive the dress back.
3. Key Policy Rules

First Order Free Window: Your first return request within 15 days of delivery is 100% free. We provide a prepaid shipping label and waive all fees.

The 15–30 Day Window: Returns shipped back between day 15 and day 30 are subject to a 15% restocking and shelving fee, deducted from your refund.

Exchange Order Penalty: If you place a new online order to exchange a dress, and subsequently choose to return that replacement exchange order, it is subject to a strict 30% return fee.

International Orders: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Original express shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. How to Return

Request a Return: Log in to your Neggcy Account, select your order, and click "Request return".

Get Your Label: Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you.

Ship It Back: Print and attach the label to your package, include your order confirmation inside, and drop it off with the carrier within 7 calendar days.
