Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction means everything to us! We hope you love your Neggcy dress, but if something isn’t quite right, we are here to help you get the perfect fit.
Please note: Neggcy exclusively offers standard-size formal dresses.
1. Return & Exchange Window & Fees
- Strict 15-Day Guarantee: We offer a strict 15-day window from the date of delivery for both returns and exchanges. Requests made or items sent back more than 15 calendar days after delivery will not be accepted. (Delivery dates are verified via official online shipping carrier tracking records).
- Customer-Reason Returns & Exchanges: If you wish to return or exchange an item due to personal reasons (such as incorrect size, style preference, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent, Neggcy will fully cover the return shipping costs.
2. Return & Exchange Requirements
To qualify for a refund or an exchange, all items must strictly meet the following conditions:
- Proof of Issue Required: When applying, you must provide clear photos or other evidence demonstrating the issue (including quality defects, shipping damage, or incorrect color/style/size).
- Original Condition: All items must be in their original, pristine condition—unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and completely free from makeup, stains, deodorant marks, odors, and hair.
- Tags & Packaging: All original tags, ribbons, and packaging must remain securely attached and intact.
Note: Items that fail our warehouse quality inspection will be rejected, and the customer must pay shipping to receive the dress back.
3. How to Process a Return or Exchange
Our return and exchange process follows these simple steps to ensure a smooth experience:
Step 1: Contact Us via Live Chat or Email
Reach out to us through our online store's Live Chat (recommended for fastest response) or Email our support team at support@neggcy.com within 15 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, the required photo evidence, and state whether you would like a return for a refund or an exchange.
Step 2: Request Approved & Address Received
Our team will review your request according to our policy. Once approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address.
(For Exchanges: To secure your desired size or style immediately before it sells out, we highly recommend placing a brand-new online order on our website at this time).
Step 3: Ship and Provide Tracking Number
Pack the dress safely in its original packaging and ship it via your chosen carrier. You must reply to our chat or email with your return tracking number right away. (Without this tracking information, we will be unable to track your package or arrange your refund).
Step 4: Package Received & Inspection
We will process your return or exchange once the package arrives safely at our warehouse and passes our quality inspection.
Step 5: Resolution (Refund or Exchange Completion)
For Returns: Once your returned item has been received and successfully passed our quality inspection, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
For Exchanges: Once your original dress has been received and passed inspection, we will process a full refund for your original order within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your replacement order will be fulfilled separately according to our standard processing and shipping schedule.
Step 6:Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your returned item has been received and approved through our warehouse inspection.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
